My Original Hand Painted Pillows are officially tested machine washable/spot clean approved!! I tested this pillow with one Gain detergent pod, delicate cycle (or cold/cold, gentle).. and the pillow came out just as new!! Allow to air dry.

***ONLY USE COLD/COLD. WASH SEPARATELY.
