For Dr. Jain requested 3 different options of materials and finishes to help revamp her current design (Below is the presentation on each option):
Option one:
No new furniture or artwork. • Specified paint & wall covering in all areas. • Furniture rearranged in lobby. • Elevations of existing artwork.
Option Two:
Specified paint & wall covering in all areas. • New furniture that is rearranged in lobby & lab area. • New fabric selections throughout office. • Kept existing flooring in the lobby. • Elevations of existing artwork.
Option Three:
Specified paint & wall covering in all areas. • New furniture that is rearranged in lobby & business office. • New fabric selections throughout entire office. • New flooring throughout entire space. • Elevations of existing artwork.

Dental Office Design
The objectives for the Dental Office were to make a complete set of construction documents including elevations, renderings, 2 detail floor plans (two different layout options), furniture plan, life safety plan, reflected ceiling plan, finish schedule, and a final presentation board including concept, rendered floor plan, FF&E and at least 3 perspectives.
