Hospitality Design

In Fall 2015, I was given an existing plan of the space.  I designed the restauraunt portion of this site.  The space was for Black Sheep Restaurant Group in Jacksonville, FL.  Jonathan Insetta and Allan DeVault, partners in Black Sheep Restaurant Group, were my "clients".  The restaurant's total usable interior is 5,921 gross SF.  Black Sheep Restaurant Group owners wanted to cater to the 35-55 year old demographic.  The proposed restaurant had not yet been named, and the partners requested that I create a name for the restaurant and a simple logo design. The restaurant’s interior needed to accommodate a full service liquor bar, dining areas that provide different dining experiences (intimate, casual, energetic), visually separate private dining area, commercial kitchen, and men's/women’s restrooms.
